Franklin Campus Students Resolve Conflict Peacefully!

Pictured are 7 Vanguard and IAT High School student Peer Mediators and 3 staff who support the Peer Mediation Program.  These students are a combination of seasoned peer mediators and new peer mediators who, when called, co-mediate to help their peers who are in conflict.  They are skilled at supporting students in conversations that allow them express how the conflict impacts them and how they want to move forward.
