The Power of Dialogue - Creating Supportive Spaces to Talk About Israel and Palestine

In this second session of our continuing "Power of Dialogue" workshop series, Dr. Shira May will share her experiences both as a participant and as a facilitator of dialogue about Israel and Palestine. We will explore a variety of tools that peacemakers can draw from when addressing this topic, including de-escalation, Nonviolent Communication, affinity groups, and restorative practices. Using a Talking Circle format, participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and plan next steps for promoting meaningful dialogue in their families, workplaces, and communities.
